This role leads the design and execution of testing activities to ensure high-quality, reliable applications. It involves driving defect management, improving test practices, and contributing to automation initiatives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust test strategies based on complex business and technical requirements

• Lead defect triage and resolution efforts using Azure DevOps

• Maintain and enhance test documentation and quality standards

• Guide integration and UAT phases, working across delivery teams

Experience Required:

• 3+ years in manual testing with exposure to complex systems and test planning

• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing

• Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar tools for test and defect management

• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
